Your Role as a Business Development Representative

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Condor, you will play a pivotal role in our revenue team, directly influencing the growth of a category-defining enterprise business. This is not merely a lead-generation position; it is an opportunity to understand and facilitate the creation of complex enterprise deals within leading life sciences organizations.

You will proactively drive the top of the sales funnel by identifying and engaging key finance, R&D, and clinical leaders at biopharma companies. Your responsibilities will include conducting in-depth account research, crafting tailored outreach strategies, and initiating conversations about challenges that many organizations face but often struggle to articulate. Your efforts will significantly impact pipeline quality, deal velocity, and long-term client relationships.

Working closely with seasoned enterprise Account Executives, you will gain first-hand experience in real sales cycles, executive dialogues, and strategic positioning.
