We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Business Development Representative to enhance our sales pipeline and stimulate revenue growth. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, engaging with them, and qualifying leads to set the stage for a successful sales process. This position provides an excellent opportunity to hone your prospecting and discovery skills while supporting our Commercial and Large Enterprise teams.
Reporting to the Manager of Business Development, this role is based in Munich, Germany (Hybrid DE eligible).
Your Responsibilities:
- Proactively generate appointments by identifying and reaching out to companies and key contacts through email, LinkedIn, cold calls, and various advanced sales tools.
- Independently manage several outbound sequence campaigns using our sales engagement platform.
- Document all activities accurately in Salesforce.com.
- Monitor social media channels for leads and participate in outbound social marketing efforts.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to maximize interactions with prospects.
- Maintain a high level of activity aimed at qualifying leads and driving significant sales.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Your Qualifications:
- Experience in selling to the DACH region is highly valued.
- A proactive, independent thinker who is a creative problem solver with a positive attitude.
- Ability to think critically and make decisions without direct managerial oversight.
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar CRM tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with individuals at all organizational levels.
- A genuine desire to learn new skills and advance a career in software sales.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
