Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Direct and oversee the CSA team, including supervisors, engineers, and package managers, ensuring successful completion of all CSA tasks. Ensure site safety is maintained in collaboration with the Project Manager and Safety Team, fostering a strong culture of Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental excellence. Manage procurement, design, engineering, and installation of CSA works. Formulate a delivery strategy for CSA work packages while assisting the commercial team in the preparation of scope documents and subcontract packages. Analyze client designs to identify discrepancies or deviations from standards, leading resolutions to safeguard the company’s contractual and commercial interests. Collaborate with QA/QC teams to develop and oversee site quality plans, ensuring compliance with project specifications. Handle daily site operations, focusing on subcontractor performance, resource management, and progress monitoring. Create, manage, and report on project schedules in partnership with Planning, Project Management, and subcontractors. Coordinate with the design team to prioritize and distribute necessary construction information as per programme requirements. Lead weekly progress meetings with CSA subcontractors, ensuring thorough documentation and record-keeping. Participate in project meetings (internal reviews, design coordination, planning, handover) and provide clear updates to management. Oversee project close-out tasks, including punch lists, safety files, QA documentation, and handover protocols. Assist in commercial meetings, ensuring all variations are tracked and communicated to facilitate precise client change management. Review drawings and setting-out information, ensuring proper coordination of “builders works” drawings associated with MEP services. Prepare and distribute daily and weekly project reports. Qualifications:A relevant construction-related degree or equivalent qualification, or substantial relevant experience. Proven leadership skills and experience in a similar role. Strong understanding of CSA processes and standards.
