As a Civil Team Lead at CESO, you will bring advanced engineering expertise and leadership skills to oversee the design, coordination, and delivery of engineering construction documentation, specifications, and details across multiple intricate projects. This role involves managing production teams, establishing priorities, and ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, quality standards, and best practices. The Team Lead will actively facilitate both internal and external meetings, offering strategic insights and technical guidance grounded in extensive experience and industry knowledge. Additionally, you will mentor team members, fostering professional growth and collaboration, while reviewing and approving engineering deliverables to guarantee technical accuracy and consistency. You will also utilize advanced software and tools to evaluate and refine designs, troubleshoot complex challenges, and contribute to high-level technical reports and project documentation.
