Are you a skilled professional with experience in payment solutions or service delivery within the Hospitality (bars, hotels, restaurants, cafes, takeaways, etc.) or Retail sectors? Role Overview: As a vital member of the Direct Representatives Team, you will play a key role in promoting our services directly to clients, ensuring seamless activation, and providing ongoing support to merchants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote company services by visiting clients’ locations.
  • Assist merchants with verification and activation processes.
  • Monitor and analyze portfolio performance.
  • Provide in-person support and consultation for existing customers.
  • Engage in both scheduled and self-initiated activities.
  • Ensure new merchants in your assigned portfolio complete registration.
  • Support existing merchants in maintaining active usage of our services.
  • Escalate issues by opening cases for problems outside your resolution scope.
  • Present product features and benefits to clients effectively.
  • Travel to meet clients and attend industry events.
