- Foster a vibrant community of customers who exchange best practices and thrive in the Boomtrain ecosystem.
- Enhance the performance of our Relationship Management team through improved collaboration and operational efficiencies.
- Oversee project timelines with the Solutions team for seamless onboarding and consistently exceed customer KPIs.
- Address and resolve client issues promptly by coordinating with Boomtrain Solutions and Technical Support teams.
