Role Overview: As a member of the Direct Representatives Team, you will play a vital role in promoting our services directly to clients, ensuring effective activation and ongoing support for our merchant partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients on-site to promote company services.
- Assist merchants in the verification and activation processes.
- Track and analyze the performance of client portfolios.
- Deliver personalized support and consultation for existing merchants.
- Participate in both scheduled and self-initiated client engagement activities.
- Ensure new merchants in your portfolio complete their registration.
- Support existing clients in maintaining active usage of our services.
- Escalate issues by initiating cases for complex problems.
- Effectively present product features and benefits to clients.
- Travel to meet clients and participate in industry events.
