Overview
As the Client Security Principal (CSP) at ePlus, you will take charge of our regional security initiatives, collaborating closely with the Regional Vice President (RVP) and service leadership. This pivotal role is essential for driving our security success and serves as the primary catalyst in achieving our growth ambitions across the designated territory.
Your Impact
In this capacity, you will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with the RVP and services leadership to manage the regional security business, striving for excellence in achieving financial security goals and budgets, developing a strategic business plan, and ensuring consistent security forecasting within the designated territory.
- Engaging directly with key strategic accounts in the territory to provide security thought leadership, identifying and pursuing significant customer opportunities alongside regional account teams.
Additionally, you will:
- Guide and mentor field teams towards a trajectory of rapid growth within the security sector, optimizing service contributions to the overall business. You will provide clear direction to local leadership and sales/service teams regarding essential partnerships, technological focus areas, and enablement activities required to propel the growth of the security practice.
