WHAT YOU'LL BRING:Demonstrable experience in leading or coordinating IT/cloud projects or services. Strong client engagement skills and a solutions-focused approach. Exceptional organizational and communication skills. Genuine interest in public cloud technologies and cloud transformation initiatives. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project delivery tools. Proficiency in English (both spoken and written). ADDITIONAL ADVANTAGES:Certifications such as Prince2, PMP, Scrum, or ITIL. Cloud certifications: AWS or Microsoft Azure. A technical background or the ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams. Knowledge of French language.

We are seeking a dedicated Cloud Delivery Manager (m/f) to oversee the execution of cloud projects, ensuring exceptional service delivery while serving as the primary liaison between our clients and technical teams. YOUR ROLE:

  • Lead and manage the successful execution of cloud-based projects and services.
  • Act as the principal point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Advise clients on adopting cloud solutions that adhere to industry best practices.
  • Utilize Agile methodologies to effectively organize, plan, and track project activities using collaborative tools.
  • Work closely with internal technical teams to establish project roadmaps and provide time/cost estimates.
  • Oversee project performance, including budget management, issue resolution, and risk mitigation.
  • Efficiently respond to client inquiries, ensuring follow-through to resolution within established KPIs.
  • Assist in the creation and review of solution documentation, including operational procedures.
