Key Responsibilities:Deliver Level 2 / Level 3 support for application-related issues, including incident investigation, root cause analysis, and resolution. Diagnose and resolve issues across IIS-hosted applications, Azure infrastructure, and AKS-based workloads. Oversee Azure cloud infrastructure, ensuring optimal availability and performance. Manage and troubleshoot AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service) clusters, deployments, and services. Support and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application deployment and releases. Examine system logs, metrics, and alerts to proactively identify and mitigate issues. Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to resolve production challenges and enhance system stability. Execute deployment support, rollback procedures, and hot-fix implementations as required. Document incidents, resolutions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Participate in on-call support and incident response rotations as needed. Ensure adherence to security, governance, and operational best practices.
