The Compensation & Benefits Manager at circetbenelux will shape and execute the company’s compensation and benefits strategy in Kontich, Antwerpen. This position calls for someone who can move easily between strategic planning, detailed analysis, and hands-on operational work. The role centers on developing a forward-looking HR structure and making a measurable impact on the organization.
What you will do
- Oversee the entire payroll process for both blue-collar and white-collar employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor changes in social and fiscal legislation and ensure all policies and procedures are up to date and correctly applied.
Requirements
- Experience building or refining HR structures.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational follow-through.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
