In the role of Global Compensation & Benefits Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing, managing, and perpetually enhancing ABBYY's global Total Rewards framework. This position merges strategic program oversight with hands-on operational execution across compensation, benefits, and governance. You will collaborate closely with the Director of Engagement and work alongside Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Finance, Payroll, Legal, and external vendors to ensure our compensation and benefits initiatives are competitive, equitable, compliant, and in harmony with ABBYY’s global philosophy.
This position demands robust analytical abilities, sound judgment, and the capacity to transform complex data into clear insights and scalable solutions. You will shape the global Total Rewards strategy while ensuring excellence and accuracy in day-to-day program delivery.
