Join our dynamic HR team at Bosch as a Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Manager, a pivotal role within our regional Center of Expertise for the Americas, encompassing North, Central, and South America. This individual contributor position is essential for the design, implementation, and management of compensation and benefits programs tailored to align with Bosch’s overarching regional and global strategies.
The selected candidate will serve as the key subject matter expert on C&B topics, collaborating closely with HR partners and business leaders. A primary focus of this role will be facilitating the harmonization of C&B programs in the context of post-merger acquisitions, ensuring our strategies remain competitive, equitable, and in line with our global principles.
Regional Compensation & Benefits Strategy and Harmonization
- Craft and execute a comprehensive roadmap for harmonizing all Compensation & Benefits programs across the Americas, collaborating with Divisional HR Leadership and Corporate Functional Leaders globally and regionally.
- Lead integration initiatives for C&B associated with mergers and acquisitions, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment of compensation structures and benefit offerings.
- Act as the regional authority and trusted advisor on all C&B matters for HR teams and business leaders.
Compensation Management
- Manage and coordinate the annual salary review process across the Americas, ensuring fairness, consistency, and alignment with business objectives.
- Perform job evaluations and oversee local grading structures to maintain internal equity and market competitiveness.
- Provide strategic direction and project oversight for sales short-term incentive plans and other variable compensation programs.
- Communicate the regional pay mix and total rewards philosophy to key stakeholders.
- Oversee partnerships with external vendors for salary benchmarking and market data analysis.
Benefits and Pension Oversight
- Manage occupational benefits and pension programs across multiple countries within the region.
- Ensure that all benefit offerings are competitive, compliant with local regulations, and aligned with workforce needs.
Stakeholder Engagement and Advisory
- Serve as the primary regional representative for the C&B function.
- Empower local HR partners with tools, training, and expert guidance on all C&B-related topics.
- Provide specialized advisory support for senior-level roles, ensuring alignment with leadership compensation strategies.
