Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain project schedules and budgets using Microsoft Project
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, addenda, and project documentation
- Keep compliance logs and contract documentation current throughout the project
- Assist with payment applications, cost tracking, and financial reporting
- Draft subcontracts and coordinate with subcontractors
- Work alongside Superintendents to verify progress and manage pay applications
- Review submittals and support constructability reviews
- Monitor daily reports and communicate updates to leadership
- Follow OSHA standards and ensure safety compliance on all sites
- Travel to job sites as required
- Support document control and project coordination
- Operate company vehicles and perform light physical tasks as needed
- Remain available outside standard hours when project needs arise
