Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain project schedules and budgets using Microsoft Project
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, addenda, and project documentation
  • Keep compliance logs and contract documentation current throughout the project
  • Assist with payment applications, cost tracking, and financial reporting
  • Draft subcontracts and coordinate with subcontractors
  • Work alongside Superintendents to verify progress and manage pay applications
  • Review submittals and support constructability reviews
  • Monitor daily reports and communicate updates to leadership
  • Follow OSHA standards and ensure safety compliance on all sites
  • Travel to job sites as required
  • Support document control and project coordination
  • Operate company vehicles and perform light physical tasks as needed
  • Remain available outside standard hours when project needs arise
