Position Overview: Construction Project Engineer
This full-time role supports the planning and execution of security-focused construction projects. The Project Engineer works closely with Project Executives, Superintendents, and subcontractors, contributing to project management, documentation, and cost control from start to finish. The position involves travel for both short-term and long-term assignments and may require flexibility beyond standard work hours.

Main Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project schedules and budgets using Microsoft Project and similar tools
- Handle RFIs, submittals, change orders, and maintain project documentation
- Keep compliance logs and contract records throughout each project
- Assist with payment applications, cost tracking, and financial reports
- Draft subcontracts and coordinate with subcontractors
- Work with Superintendents to confirm progress and prepare payment applications
- Review submittals and support constructability reviews
- Monitor daily reports and share updates with project leadership
- Follow OSHA standards and ensure safety on all job sites
- Travel to project locations as needed
- Support document control and project coordination activities
- Operate company vehicles and perform light physical work (up to 30 pounds)
- Remain available outside standard hours when project needs require
