Join Tatu City as a Construction Project Planner/Scheduler, where you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of our residential and mixed-use construction projects. You will be responsible for developing, managing, and monitoring project schedules and budgets, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints. This position requires effective collaboration with site teams, contractors, and project managers to align with company objectives and maintain high standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project, including sequencing construction activities for residential and infrastructure projects.
- Regularly monitor site progress, assess subcontractor performance, and identify any schedule deviations from the baseline plan.
- Develop and oversee project budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections related to ongoing developments.
- Validate subcontractor claims, interim payment requests, and variations for accuracy and compliance.
- Track the utilization of materials, manpower, and equipment to ensure alignment with project timelines and resource allocation.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and performance summaries for management and key stakeholders.
- Maintain and revise project risk registers, identifying potential schedule or cost risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
- Assist in contract administration by evaluating time and cost impacts of design or scope modifications.
- Ensure adherence to company procedures, project governance standards, and local regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with site engineers, quantity surveyors, procurement, and project managers to ensure accurate reporting and effective communication across teams.
