The Role
Veeva Systems is on the lookout for a dedicated Consultant/Senior Consultant to join our Site Solutions Professional Services team. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the implementation of SiteVault, a dedicated solution for clinical research sites, ensuring our customers achieve long-term success. You will serve as the primary liaison between Veeva and key stakeholders, fostering collaboration, managing escalations, and showcasing value through proactive engagement.
Your responsibilities will include implementing site-centric applications and nurturing long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate should possess consulting experience or a background in customer success, with a track record of leading the design and deployment of innovative software solutions in the Life Sciences or Healthcare sectors.
This position offers opportunities across the United States and is fully remote, with a strong preference for candidates located in the Eastern or Central Time Zone.
