Required Qualifications:Genuine enthusiasm for the TRUEWERK brand and performance workwear, with the capability to learn and effectively communicate product features and benefits.3+ years of experience in brick-and-mortar retail management or as a brand representative. Sound understanding of retail store operations, including merchandising according to planograms and setting up retail displays. Experience engaging retail shoppers and delivering presentations to small groups in training or business contexts. Preferred Qualifications:Familiarity with, passion for, or personal experience in the skilled trades. Experience representing apparel, workwear, outdoor, or tool products, with a focus on product features and use cases. Proficiency in MacOS (Apple MacBook), Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, and CRM/POS systems. Physical & Travel Requirements:Must possess a reliable vehicle for travel.

This is a field-based position requiring up to 75% travel across Wisconsin, Minnesota, Illinois, Iowa, and Michigan, along with occasional visits to TRUEWERK’s Denver headquarters for seasonal launches.
