CQV Engineer Responsibilities:

  • Crafting, revising, and executing technical documentation related to commissioning, qualification, and validation for standard equipment, systems, software, and processes as directed by the project leader.
  • Executing test scripts and recording the outcomes.
  • Ensuring adherence to project timelines for all assigned tasks.
  • Maintaining comprehensive and detailed records for qualification and validation processes.
  • Collaborating with the team to document impact and risk assessments.
  • Conducting user interface testing, software verification, and comprehensive alarm testing on automated systems.
  • Formulating, reviewing, and executing testing documentation.
  • Recommending design or process modifications based on test results during script execution.
  • Possessing a general understanding of capital equipment implementation and process knowledge.
  • Familiarity with validation documents, including URS, IQ, OQ, and PQ.
