Position Overview:
The Critical Facilities Technician (CFT) plays a crucial role in managing all aspects of operations related to both critical and non-critical infrastructure, equipment, and systems within the data center. This position demands a strong commitment to safety and reliability, driving continuous operational improvements in alignment with company standards and industry best practices. A proactive approach to learning and development is essential, as CFTs must complete Level I training within 30 days and Level II training within 60 days of employment to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain critical and non-critical data center infrastructure and equipment.
- Collaborate with a team of CFTs to ensure 100% uptime while minimizing potential risks.
- Monitor power supply, cooling capacity, and environmental conditions in the data halls.
- Utilize a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to manage all maintenance tasks.
- Conduct preventive maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment in the data center.
- Assist in the development and execution of operating procedures and preventive maintenance inspections to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Address electrical and mechanical issues promptly and communicate effectively with the management team.
- Respond to emergencies and critical situations, working both independently and collaboratively to achieve recovery objectives.
