Role Overview Winthrop Technologies is hiring two Construction Managers for GVX projects in Sandviken, Gavleborg County, Sweden. These roles focus on guiding construction projects from planning through completion, with a strong emphasis on quality, safety, and budget control. We are on the lookout for an experienced MEP Lead to enhance our dedicated team at our Sandviken site.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a dynamic team of Mechanical and Electrical Engineers.Propose innovative design modifications to optimize cost efficiency, streamline construction timelines, and elevate quality standards.Exhibit strong commercial acumen and decision-making skills.Oversee construction processes to ensure superior workmanship and material quality.Collaborate with contracts managers, site engineers, and discipline leads to guarantee timely and precise information flow to subcontractors and site personnel.Review and confirm comprehension of project drawings and specifications, promptly communicating any discrepancies to the design team.Establish project resource requirements while inspiring and motivating the project team.Ensure adherence to the highest health and safety standards on-site.
