Change is hiring Customer Service Representatives for Delta's technical helpdesk in Rotterdam. Starting June 6th, this team will support Delta customers who need help with internet and television services. The position is based at a central location in Rotterdam, Zuid-Holland, Nederland.
Role overview
- Act as the first point of contact for Delta customers with technical questions or issues about their internet service.
- Help customers resolve technical problems, such as setting up new internet connections and equipment.
- Troubleshoot modem issues and guide customers through solutions step by step.
- Handle a variety of inquiries to make sure customers feel supported and satisfied.
