We are on the lookout for a motivated Customer Solutions Architect (CSA) to facilitate the adoption of Supabase among a varied clientele, ranging from nimble startups preparing for their inaugural launch to well-established enterprises managing substantial workloads.

As a CSA at Supabase, you will oversee the entire customer journey, collaborating closely with our most valued users to:

  1. Identify and comprehend both business and technical requirements.

  2. Design and structure technical solutions utilizing the Supabase platform.

  3. Guide customers through proof-of-value implementations.

  4. Conduct regular engagements to address complex queries, eliminate adoption barriers, and optimize performance at scale.

Successful CSAs prioritize customer satisfaction, working diligently to become trusted advisors who understand client needs, act as an extension of their team towards shared success, and advocate for customers within Supabase.

You will be part of our team supporting Supabase Team & Enterprise customers, expected to lead and innovate in the following key areas:

Pre-Sales Discovery

  • Drive technical discovery sessions to elucidate business and technical goals, establish proper expectations regarding the Supabase platform, and define success criteria, ensuring clients receive the guidance necessary for achievement.

  • Create, build, and deliver engaging demonstrations of the Supabase platform to high-value clients, utilizing compelling storytelling to showcase the platform's benefits and the capabilities of the Supabase Success team.

  • Collaborate with Growth team members to evaluate deals, provide usage forecasts, and identify potential workloads that the Platform can support.

Proof-of-Value Onboarding

  • Work directly with customers to outline the technical scope of a proof-of-value, ensuring they recognize the benefits of the Supabase platform while mitigating risks associated with adoption.

  • Establish timelines, business outcomes, and success criteria for the proof-of-value process, ensuring customer readiness to proceed with the platform post-evaluation.
