ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a customer-centric Solutions Architect to act as a vital link between customer engagements, product management, and engineering execution. You will simplify complex customer issues into well-defined system architectures, technical requirements, and actionable project plans, ensuring high-quality delivery by our engineering teams. You will be the custodian of technical accuracy in every customer interaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Translate customer needs from workshops and discovery sessions into structured product requirements, system architectures, and technical specifications.
Develop comprehensive end-to-end solution architectures for each customer challenge, aligning them with milestone-driven project plans and the overall product roadmap.
Align customer requirements with product capabilities, identifying reusable components, custom solutions, and potential platform features.
Draft technical scoping documents detailing effort estimates, dependencies, risks, and key milestones for each engagement.
Collaborate closely with engineers (Applied AI and Core engineering) to ensure architecture-driven execution of projects.
Engage in customer workshops and technical discussions, acting as the technical authority on feasibility, optimization, and trade-offs.
Define integration architectures for enterprise systems: including legacy ERPs, CRMs, MES, PLMs, and IoT platforms.
Establish reusable architectural patterns and reference implementations to expedite future customer deployments.
Lead the preparation of technical proposals and statements of work, ensuring that commercial commitments are well-grounded in technical realities.
