About the Role
Fivetran is at the forefront of building data pipelines that fuel the modern data stack for thousands of companies. We are seeking a Customer Support Engineer for our API Connector Team. In this role, Customer Support Engineers (CSEs) face intriguing technical challenges while collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure challenges are resolved promptly. As a Support Engineer, you will work alongside our dedicated customer teams to deliver an unparalleled experience. Our CSEs are considered the technical champions for our customers, employing a collaborative and comprehensive approach focused on both resolving and preventing issues.
This is a full-time, hybrid position based out of our Oakland, CA offices. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, requiring two days in the office each week to foster teamwork and connection.
