Key Responsibilities
Showcase and explain AcuityMD’s approach to core data, data quality, and algorithms to prospective clients.
Communicate how AcuityMD data products facilitate critical functionalities and reinforce our business case with prospects.
Work collaboratively with prospects and customers to define business requirements related to AcuityMD’s core data and algorithms.
Act as the primary point of contact for prospects regarding all data-related inquiries.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the functionality, underlying data, and business case for all aspects of the AcuityMD platform.
Collaborate with sales and product teams to identify and address business and data challenges during the pre-sales process.
Engage with the implementations team as a subject matter expert on utilizing healthcare data (e.g., medical claims) to drive targeting strategies.
Interface with product and product marketing teams to refine messaging and the product roadmap.

We are seeking a passionate Data Solutions Engineer who will be instrumental in articulating and advocating for the AcuityMD data approach, showcasing how it drives business success for our MedTech clients. This role is customer-facing, allowing you to build strong relationships throughout the customer journey, from pre-sales to post-sales interactions. You will assist prospects in overcoming data challenges during the sales process while helping our customers visualize the value AcuityMD brings to their teams.
