This remote Database Solutions Development Engineer position is part of the Customer Engineering team. The role focuses on solving complex technical challenges related to data, integrations, and client outcomes. Candidates must be based in the United States.
What you will do
- Act as a key escalation point for technical issues across the organization.
- Manage a diverse ticket queue covering all aspects of the Degreed platform.
- Lead significant projects, such as data migrations, data cleanups, and process automation.
- Work closely with a small team of experienced database professionals in the US and Europe.
- Collaborate remotely across different time zones.
- Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and identify ways to improve processes.
- Develop tools and processes that help the team work more effectively over time.
- Balance independent work with contributing to a supportive, collaborative team.
