Qualifications
What You’ll DoLead the complete implementation of product interfaces, transforming designs from Figma into production-ready code. Develop and maintain a scalable design system composed of reusable, accessible components. Work in close collaboration with founders and product teams to enhance the user experience, iterating designs in both Figma and code. Craft polished, responsive interfaces with meticulous attention to typography, spacing, motion, and interaction. Produce interactive prototypes to validate design choices prior to full-scale implementation. Write clean, maintainable frontend code utilizing React, TypeScript, and contemporary styling techniques. Embed performance and accessibility considerations into every interface you design. Establish and uphold high standards of quality and user experience across the product. Deliver projects efficiently from concept to production while maintaining exceptional quality.
