Note: Though Arize operates as a remote-first company, Developer Relations roles frequently involve participation in live events. This position is tailored for candidates situated within the San Francisco Bay area, without a requirement for in-office work.
The Opportunity
Our Developer Relations team is dedicated to delivering an exceptional experience for our flagship products, Arize AX and Arize Phoenix. You will enhance business value by cultivating genuine relationships within the community at in-person events, crafting high-quality documentation, and creating compelling open-source demonstrations, blog posts, videos, and social media content. We are expanding our team to enhance our geographical outreach, focusing on candidates in the San Francisco Bay area.
What You’ll Do
Key Responsibilities
- Promote awareness of Arize’s offerings and establish our reputation as a leader in AI evaluation and observability across diverse mediums: including social media, blogs, videos, and more.
- Enhance the onboarding journey for Arize users by developing, refining, and enhancing our product documentation.
- Craft tutorials, cookbooks, and open-source demo repositories to facilitate a smooth transition for users from initial exposure to advanced usage.
