Role overview

The Digital Channel Service Specialist works with the Banking App team in a fully remote role. The main focus is to support customers and help ensure seamless experiences across the bank’s digital channels.

What you will do

  • Track funding requests submitted through the mobile app and the bank’s official website
  • Monitor new registration requests for the mobile app
  • Communicate directly with clients to guide them through digital processes
