InfoPro Learning is hiring a Director of Business Development to support its Learning & Talent Solutions segment. This is a remote role for candidates based in the United States, with a preference for those located on the East Coast. The main focus is to grow relationships with enterprise clients and drive expansion in leadership development, learning, and talent management services.
What you will do
- Build and manage a personal pipeline of business opportunities, taking full ownership of the sales cycle from prospecting through closing service-based engagements.
- Initiate new client relationships and deepen connections with existing accounts, focusing on enterprise-level organizations.
- Meet with HR, learning and development, and business leaders to understand their workforce challenges and align InfoPro Learning’s solutions to their goals.
- Develop trust with client stakeholders by staying attuned to their priorities and identifying ways to deliver additional value.
- Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders throughout the sales process.
Key details
- This position is responsible for originating and closing new business for services only; it does not involve product sales or ongoing account management.
- Consultative selling is central to the approach, requiring the ability to match solutions to specific client needs.
Location
This is a remote position open to US-based candidates. Preference will be given to those on the East Coast.
