Role Overview
Nexxen is looking for a strategic and experienced Director of Engineering, Security to lead our comprehensive security program. This role encompasses overseeing application security, cloud/infrastructure security, identity and data security, and SOC operations. You will be integral in fostering secure-by-design practices, ensuring incident readiness, and managing AI security governance.
Key Responsibilities
As a leader, you will establish secure SDLC protocols, enhance detection and response capabilities, manage security vendor relationships and budgets, and drive process transformations. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll ensure robust security practices across Engineering/Platform, IT, and Data departments, while also aligning with Legal/Compliance on SOC 2, SOX, GDPR, and AI governance.
