As the strategic leader in fostering leadership excellence, you and your team will be entrusted with a global mandate to:
- Define the Vision for Leadership: Collaborate with the Board of Management and senior executives to design our global leadership development strategy. Address the pivotal question: "What qualities characterize an outstanding leader at Bosch, today and in the future?"
- Design Transformative Learning Experiences: Move beyond conventional training methods. Curate the entire lifecycle of our leadership programs, from identifying key business challenges to crafting and executing impactful, blended learning experiences for our senior executives and emerging leaders.
- Facilitate Strategic Executive Engagements: Plan and implement our high-stakes leadership meetings.
- Instill Leadership Principles: Act as the primary steward of our leadership fundamentals, ensuring these principles resonate across all business units and regions, thereby nurturing a strong leadership culture.
- Serve as a Trusted Advisor: Forge influential collaborations with the Board of Management, C-suite executives, and HR Business Partners. Provide expert guidance, coaching, and evidence-based insights to ensure our programs align with business objectives and secure robust support.
- Lead a Center of Excellence: Strategically direct our internal executive learning institution, managing its offerings and performance to deliver exceptional value and significant cost efficiencies.
- Build a Dynamic Network: Cultivate a robust ecosystem of external collaborators and partners, such as renowned business schools.
