Qualifications: We seek candidates with a minimum of 2 years experience in MBB consulting, investment banking, private equity, or a top-tier startup within a strategic projects or operations role. Must be located in or willing to relocate to San Francisco.

Your Responsibilities:
Lead special projects and strategic initiatives alongside the CEO.
Develop and formalize claims operations as we scale (including processes, hiring, and workflows).
Create scalable, data-driven processes to optimize our product workflows.
Facilitate cross-functional problem-solving across product, engineering, and business teams.
