POSITION SUMMARY
The Department of Defense (DoD) Sales Representative at Noble offers an exciting chance to forge strong customer relationships by delivering innovative solutions and mission-critical products. This role is pivotal in identifying, establishing, and nurturing sales opportunities, including account management and fostering end-user relationships with designated agencies and departments. You will be tasked with devising and executing a sales plan, alongside a geographic strategy, in close collaboration with the Senior Director of DoD Sales. Daily interactions with customers will occur through in-person visits and various communication methods, focusing on fulfilling their needs through order creation, providing price estimates, product specifications, demonstrations, and addressing general inquiries. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional multitasking abilities and professional time management skills to ensure timely completion of all tasks. A polished professional appearance, demeanor, and a proactive, positive attitude are essential.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

- Surpass assigned revenue and profit targets quarterly and annually.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and vendors, while exploring opportunities in assigned regions and new markets as necessary.
- Manage and report weekly on the pipeline of sales opportunities, quotes, and orders.
- Collaborate with customers to develop requirements for upcoming bids and contract quotations for the company's provided equipment and services.
- Travel to client locations and attend symposiums, conferences, trade shows, and exhibitions to cultivate sales opportunities.
- Continuously gather competitive and customer intelligence and communicate market insights, opportunities, and threats to the company.
- Provide accurate price quotations and establish appropriate credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates.
- Utilize internal CRM and ERP systems for processing quotes and orders.
- Support Inside Sales with data entry for generating customer quotes and identifying optimal funding opportunities.
- Advise customers on product recommendations based on their needs and interests.
- Handle administrative tasks such as preparing reports, maintaining sales records, and filing documentation.
