We are excited to invite a full-time Dutch-speaking Implementation Consultant to our Launch Services team based in Amsterdam, focusing on the Netherlands market.

In this pivotal role, you will guide new Dutch-speaking Lightspeed Restaurant customers through engaging virtual onboarding sessions, providing comprehensive product orientation and training. Your mission is to empower customers with a deep understanding of our POS software, ensuring they feel confident in setting up and launching their business operations.

To excel in this position, you should possess robust customer service experience, ideally with a background in hospitality. You will thrive in our dynamic, fast-paced environment where adaptability is crucial.

Your Responsibilities

  • Serve as a Lightspeed product authority, delivering engaging virtual onboarding sessions tailored to new and existing customers within the Dutch market.

  • Conduct training sessions focused on specific product features aligned with customer workflows and operational requirements.

  • Facilitate one-on-one and group training sessions, adjusting your approach to accommodate diverse skill levels and learning styles.

  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers, driving their success, satisfaction, and growth.

  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction throughout the post-sales journey, including onboarding, follow-up, and handover to support teams.

  • Develop and manage documentation related to onboarding processes and product training.

  • Continuously enhance your knowledge of Lightspeed’s core products and add-ons.

  • Engage in team meetings to collaborate, share best practices, and exchange product knowledge.

  • Collaborate closely with Implementation Specialists, Coordinators, and other internal teams to ensure a seamless and timely launch for customers.

Your Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles, preferably within B2B or B2C environments.

  • Background in the restaurant or hospitality industry is highly valued.

  • Proven experience in delivering training, onboarding, or educational sessions.

  • Ability to swiftly learn, comprehend, and articulate technical concepts.

  • Fluency in Dutch (verbal and written) is essential.

  • Proficient communication skills in English (verbal and written) are a plus.
