Join our client, a pioneer in energy-efficient and sustainable greenhouse design, as a Business Development Executive. This role is essential for driving revenue growth and expanding the client portfolio. Your primary mission will be to cultivate a robust sales pipeline by identifying leads and new project opportunities from prospective accounts, ultimately facilitating major control opportunities for business expansion.

The Business Development Executive will strategically prospect and nurture commercial business relationships. Utilizing a relationship-based selling approach, you will identify and establish strategic partnerships to uncover business opportunities, assess customer needs, and collaborate with the team to tailor product and service solutions that secure projects and enhance client relationships.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Consistently engage in developing contacts, meeting potential prospects, and networking with customers, all focused on business growth.
  • Provide timely and professional responses to all customer inquiries and communications.
  • Generate leads through professional networking, dedicated prospecting, and cold-calling; enhance brand awareness through campaigns and networking associations.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of customer business issues, market trends, company vision, competitive landscape, and sales strategies.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating trade shows and events, representing the company as needed.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with influential project facilitators and decision-makers to encourage product and service purchases.
  • Develop and continuously refine a structured business development plan.
