You are familiar with modern sales tools including Nooks, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Hockeystack. You are intellectually curious and capable of grasping complex identity infrastructure and enterprise security challenges. You demonstrate resilience, empathy, and grit in every interaction. You take initiative and ownership of your work without needing direction.

This role is all-encompassing, as you will swiftly handle inbound inquiries while executing well-considered outbound outreach strategies focused on key accounts. We prioritize meaningful conversations over sheer volume, believing that authentic dialogues with the right stakeholders generate real opportunities.
As a BDR at Opal, you will enjoy a high degree of autonomy and account ownership, similar to our Account Executives (AEs). This structure is designed to cultivate the next generation of top-tier closers at Opal.
