The Media Project Manager will oversee the complete lifecycle of transcription projects, focusing on enhancing audio and video media accessibility through subtitling, voiceover, and graphic replacement.
Key Responsibilities
- Negotiate rates and deadlines with linguists to optimize both profitability and project timelines.
- Effectively communicate any issues or updates to the Account Executive promptly, addressing any challenges as they arise.
- Resolve client complaints collaboratively with QA/Management to implement necessary systemic improvements.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in managing multimedia projects, with responsibilities spanning:
- Pre-production: Conduct thorough reviews of audio and video files, select suitable vendors, and coordinate schedules with voice talent and production teams.
- Production: Oversee recording and audio engineering processes, ensuring adherence to project specifications and effective communication with all stakeholders.
- Post-production: Manage all aspects of post-production, including video editing, graphic replacements, and final quality checks.
