Expression is actively seeking an accomplished Proposal Manager to spearhead the creation of persuasive proposals targeting the Department of Defense (DoD) and other federal government clients. This pivotal role is essential to the company’s growth initiatives and encompasses managing the entire proposal lifecycle, from initial capture integration to final delivery.
The ideal candidate will possess a profound understanding of federal acquisition processes, outstanding organizational and leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of managing competitive proposal responses across diverse contract types, including CSOs, OTAs, IDIQs, GWACs, and task orders. You will collaborate closely with the Chief Growth Officer to strategize and coordinate all proposal-related activities throughout the organization. Expression utilizes a Shipley-modified Agile BD Process, designed for rapid response to multiple opportunities simultaneously. Successful candidates will be self-motivated and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
