Qualifications

Required Qualifications:Proven experience in assessing within the relevant occupational area. Possession of an assessing award such as A1/D32/D33 or its equivalent. A minimum of a Level 3 teaching qualification. Level 2 qualifications in English, Maths, and ICT. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a team-oriented environment. Commitment to staying informed about developments in the subjects taught.

Position: E-Learning Skills Coach

Salary: Up to £24,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional support and guidance to students throughout their learning journey.
  • Utilize various communication channels to effectively assist students with their educational needs.
  • Organize and prioritize student workloads to enhance their learning experience.
  • Ensure availability of tutor support via telephone, email, and video conferencing.
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback on student assignments, ensuring all work is marked and returned within set deadlines.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of student interactions and gather evaluative feedback.
  • Adhere to standards set by relevant awarding bodies and accreditation agencies.
  • Participate actively in team meetings and engage in cross-marking and moderation processes.
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records on the internal student management portal.
