Role overview

The eDiscovery Analyst, Contracts at AlixPartners works from either the Dallas or Detroit office, supporting litigation and investigations. This position helps clients manage and analyze large sets of data. The work setup combines on-site presence (at client locations or AlixPartners offices) with remote work. Some travel is involved, and the amount varies based on client and team needs.

What you will do

  • Draft correspondence, engagement letters, and presentation materials for key client meetings and communications.
  • Oversee relationships with third-party vendors, including soliciting bids, preparing Statements of Work (SOWs), and serving as the main contact for contracts and invoicing.
  • Manage proposal and project estimate requests from important clients, coordinate communications, resolve conflicts, collect team feedback, and collaborate with delivery teams to develop tailored estimates.
