We are currently in search of a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team on a major data center project. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the design, coordination, and execution of electrical systems, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and timeline requirements. You will collaborate closely with subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with the Winthrop Integrated Management System throughout all project phases.
  • Review, coordinate, and manage project drawings as needed.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to subcontractors at every stage of the project.
  • Plan, prioritize, and assign tasks within the technical team to adhere to project timelines.
  • Monitor subcontractor adherence to site regulations, project specifications, and health & safety protocols.
  • Utilize troubleshooting techniques to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Supervise document control processes to maintain accurate and updated logs.
  • Prepare handover and testing documentation for system commissioning.
  • Promote compliance and governance across all areas, including the enforcement of health & safety standards and identification of opportunities for safety performance improvement.
  • Regularly complete and submit
