Your Role and Contribution

As an RF Test Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in validating that the wireless technologies within Axon's state-of-the-art products adhere to the highest standards of performance, reliability, and compliance. Your hands-on expertise will facilitate the rigorous testing and optimization of RF systems that support our innovative body-worn cameras, vehicular systems, and connected devices. By applying your technical skills and analytical mindset, you will help uncover and resolve RF challenges, ensuring robust designs that function flawlessly in a variety of demanding environments.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams and global partners, you will refine and verify wireless designs using cutting-edge tools and methodologies. Your contributions will directly impact the creation of reliable, high-performance solutions that serve Law Enforcement, Public Safety, and the communities they protect. Your work will help deliver transformative technologies that empower public safety professionals and set new industry benchmarks.

Work Environment: This position is based in our Scottsdale, AZ office. We prioritize in-person collaboration and expect team members to work on-site Monday through Friday, unless an approved workplace accommodation is in place.
