Qualifications

WHAT YOU'LL DODevelop and uphold electrical system test strategies and plans for various Anduril products. Execute electrical compliance and robustness testing in accordance with standards such as MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-704, and MIL-STD-1275.Design and implement electrical system integration test setups, including Iron Bird, Copper Bird, and Lab Car configurations. Assist in defining test requirements from vehicle to component levels. Analyze and report on failures identified during unit-level, integration, and system-level testing. Formulate mitigation strategies for test failures, ensuring compliance and reliability. Conduct integration tests for electrical subsystems and assess their functionality. Utilize data analysis and existing tools to replicate and characterize failures. Contribute to environmental reliability testing initiatives (HALT/HASS) at the PCBA and LRU levels. Design and develop custom harnesses and fixtures for EMI/EMC and power quality testing. Assist in the validation of automated test systems.
