Collaborating with our dedicated hardware and embedded firmware teams, you will help bring the Propulsion Test Rig to life, ensuring optimal performance of every connection, signal, and component. You will engage hands-on with a state-of-the-art propulsion test cell aimed at validating turbomachinery, combustion devices, and complete engine systems. Your responsibilities will encompass working with a diverse array of sensors and measurements, including pressure, temperature, vibrations, flow, and thrust, all while maintaining rigorous safety standards for liquid and gas fuel operations.

What You'll Do
- Collaborate with systems, hardware, and software teams to enhance the reliability and performance of the propulsion test rig.
- Work closely with hardware and software teams during initial testing phases to ensure all components operate seamlessly.
- Support full system-level integration and testing, harmonizing mechanical, electronic, and software elements into a functional setup.
- Assist with cabling activities, ensuring structured, reliable connections throughout the testing environment.
- Maintain smooth operations during testing phases, swiftly addressing any issues that arise.
- Engage in debugging hardware and software solutions, identifying root causes and implementing effective fixes to ensure optimal system performance.
Requirements
What You'll Need
- A CFC in Electronics or a comparable technical qualification that lays a strong foundation in electronic systems.
- Hands-on experience with test benches, demonstrating capability in setting up, executing, and troubleshooting real-world testing environments.
- Proficiency in C, C++, or similar low-level programming languages for effective interaction with hardware and embedded systems.
- Working knowledge of Python for scripting, automation, or data management in testing and development processes.
- Familiarity with laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes and signal generators.
