THE POSITION

As a Veterinary Nursing Shift Lead, you will be pivotal in maintaining the efficiency and workflow of each shift. You will ensure that our patients receive high-quality care and that your colleagues have the necessary support to perform their roles effectively. You will lead team huddles, manage shift transitions, and provide on-the-floor coaching, all while maintaining a broad perspective on the needs of the team and patients. Your leadership will be characterized by compassion, commitment, and the understanding that an empowered team delivers exceptional care.
