Key Responsibilities: Lead and support the Detection Engineering team, ensuring they have the necessary resources and guidance to succeed. Oversee the formulation and execution of Asana Security's detection program, encompassing architecture, testing, reviews, implementation of security controls, and more. Collaborate directly with the Head of Security and other senior leaders to align on strategic objectives for your team. Develop scalable processes within Detection Engineering, specifically focusing on incident response strategies. Recruit and shape your team, defining its evolution and integration with the broader Security team and Asana. Engage with cross-functional teams to align their strategies in fortifying Asana's security posture. About You: 4+ years of experience in technical management and leadership. Background in cloud systems engineering, networking, and security. Deep understanding of modern cloud, endpoint, network, and browser security measures. Adept at collaborating with various stakeholders including Engineering, IT, Legal, Sales, and Marketing. Passionate about building defenses against real-world cyber threats. Capable of making balanced decisions amidst diverse risks. Curious about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a readiness to leverage them for improved productivity and collaboration.

This position is located in our Warsaw office, adopting a hybrid work model where you will be in the office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.

We provide a Contract of Employment (UoP) for our employees in Poland.
