As the Engineering Manager for our Customer Data Platform team, you will work closely with the Principal Engineer & Architect to lead a talented group of product and data engineers in creating our CDP from the ground up, playing a crucial role in Postscript’s evolution into an agentic-first organization.
Your responsibilities will include daily management of your team, focusing on leadership, people management, and execution. Our backend, primarily built in Python within an AWS architecture, is undergoing transformation to meet increasing scalability and complexity demands. Your team will be instrumental in developing greenfield data platform capabilities essential for powering segmentation, targeting, and personalized experiences across Postscript’s product lineup.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading engineering teams focused on data-intensive products. A strong passion for data infrastructure and product engineering, combined with the ability to deliver impactful work that generates business value, is essential. The best candidates will be versatile, capable of switching between the roles of technical contributor, project manager, and people manager as necessary to drive success for their team and the organization as a whole.
