As a vital member of our skilled Paris product team, you will empower our engineers to develop cutting-edge AI and automation features that enable our customers to provide unparalleled support at scale.
To excel in this position, you will lead a senior team of exceptional engineers to execute an ambitious project roadmap while focusing on technical design and implementation. You will enhance team growth by attracting and hiring top talent and mentoring future engineering leaders, all while streamlining team processes for scalability. This role requires close collaboration with product managers, analysts, designers, and engineering managers across Paris and San Francisco.
